any tips

for changing membranes.they seem to be stuck inside the cannisters and i cant get them out.

Takings off all first cleans till march 7th 2014
October  total=  cleaned  extra per month
November = cleaned extra per month
Total £  so far.

Mine take a 10mm allen key in the end,dont know if all are the same.  Few turns either way normally gives it a start.
