I often court the idea of pressure washing I can see a market for it but to me it's a long and boring dirt job just my opinion.

What would be the quickest/best machinery to buy if money was no object?

At a guess a really high flow with heat pressure although would have to be high but after so long you could have over kill.

Shaun,

If your thinking about using this for the purposes of cleaning hard floors, i.e Tile & Grout etc, then I can highly recommend this type of set up.

We currently run a team in the Channel Islands cleaning hundreds of hotels & commercial floors using hot water pressure washers with a SX15 cleaning & extractor head. It's a very efficient type of set up which offers truck mount results at a fraction of the cost.

If this is what your asking let me know and I'll find out what machines we use. I know we started off with one and now have three, we were that impressed with them. Not too expressive to be honest about £1,200 if I remember rightly.

Let me know and I'll find out more info if you need it?

Hi Shaun

Brilliant little machine, electric with diesel heater, used with SX12 & SX15 cleaning head and wet & dry pick up, amazing results.

Here's a job we did on a porcelain wood effect floor in a pub / restaurant in Jersey.

Jason, a few questions

Are you using a truckmount for the vacuum & a pressure washer for the solution ?

What size jets is in the sx12 ?

Have you pre treated the floors in the vid with a stripper ?
regards

Andrew

Yes Shaun although we manufacture the chemicals in the UK we do have a small team offering stone restoration & cleaning in the Channel Islands. The floor in the link is a porcelain wood effect primed with a high alkaline cleaner left to dwell for 15-20 before cleaning off. As mentioned the machines we use are the Deltajet hot water pressure washer with a seperate 90Ltr wet & dry vac for the pick up & 200ft of water feed & vac pick up. The SX12 head will push out 1200-1400psi at 80 degrees centigrade.
