it just a typical special offer, pay full price for the first room then all other rooms are half price same as the 3 for 2 offer

unless they quote a price then its meaningless, what if the first room is £120 then all the other rooms are £60 then it does not look such a good offer.

but it does encourage people to have multiple rooms cleaned,  this is the best sort of special offer as it only works if the customer spends more money
