For all you guys that run booster pumps on your 4040s, where do you position it in the purification process and what size inlet/outlet pipes do you use?

I don't my tap pressure is 80 psi, but every system I have seen has been set up that way,

is a diaphram pump 125psi  1.2 lpm    any good as a booster pump.   or would i need to use a higher pump,  i need something powerfull enough for my 300 RO system  maybe my tap pressure is too low but it takes 1 hour to fill a 25litre drum.  i need something quicker  as i cant leave to run all night,  no outside taps so filled up in kitchen usually a few drums a night.

Johnny, the pump in the link in my post above is a 7 lpm, but they sell up to 12 lpm.
Have a look on vyair's website or talk to Phil, he's very knowledgeable and doesn't over sell. I recently bought a new 4040 membrane from him and booster pump which I later realised I didn't need as my pressure was good enough, anyhow he was happy to refund on the pump. Top company to deal with.
