doesn't that depend on whether you want to be a business man or a window cleaner? 

if you want to be a window cleaner you are interested in the equipment and the skills.

if you are a business man and want to make money you are interested in how much money you can make a day/a month/a year.

if you go to the bank and ask for a loan do they ask you about how your system works, or do they ask you about investment, growth and profits?

i would say there is plenty of info on the technicalities of window cleaning, and very little on running a cleaning business.  that to me is its biggest weakness unfortunately.
