If a van has a 600 payload what is the max size tank you'd all recommend fitting? the system will be a 1 user system.
Does the van drive fine with that size tank mate? as i have the same van.

It must be borderline though Richard . Mike
Would depend on the weight of the 2 men.400 lts water = 400kg2 13 stone men =165kgThats 35 kg for everything else.

I'm not saying that they're wrong, but if you do the maths you will see that the total = more than 600kg. When you put your van on the weigh bridge did it have two people in it?.
Tank full of fuel is not counted in payload You still have 600kg with a full fuel tank.
Never have full tank, unless I'm driving to parents house, only put in £10 at a time, saves on weight! It lasts me 2-3 days so not bad, plus got garage just down the road.
