boiler 2man setup?

Hi guys how do you run your 2 man setups of one boiler? I have two pumps two controlers etc im looking at buying one of those l series boilers with the metal face and digital display on ebay

1 pump 1 controller 2 reels. We had 2 pumps and 2 controllers and was worried about going to 1 controller and pump, but it works perfectly, really there is no need for 2. But having 2, but running 1 gives you a spare if the other breaks down.

Do the hoses have to be the same length bore etc pole hose mine all vary. Or can you have a tap on the one to give the other more flow

im not sure to tell you the truth. we have 2 reels of 100m thermobore going to aqua dapters on the pole, i would imagine that have a smaller bore hose on one reel may cause different flow rates.

I do exactly the same as Lee, although one reel has 8mm and the other 6mm, no problems at all.

Should be fine if one gets more than the other I will turn down tap on the one to allow more to the other
