Hi dan, the response rate should be 0.1 but thanks to the current economy and the rise of the DIY units available to the public, the reputation of it being a specialist field is now some what diluted.
What you have to realise is that consumer choice is a great thing for them but a disaster for you.
Customers are filtered out of the equation before they pick up the phone to you,,,,
200 potential customers have dirty carpets,,,
70 choose to replace when they next decorate.
85 will try and save money by doing it themselves with either their own machine or rental unit.
25 decide carpet is not practical for the current situation and decide hard floor is a good option.
18 decide just to live with it.
