Just had a long review call with our Google Ad contact at Google and thought I'd just update a few bits here that you guys might also want to check...
My main issue with him was Google Places vanished for one of our sites.
If you've done everything as described on the previous thread to try and resurrect it then it really is a sit and wait, though your Ad words contact may be able to push it along (as others have already said) as they will apply pressure that you can't link correctly from your PAID ads to that address while it's suspended. BUT here's a funny thing we discovered. If you look in the Ad Editing section of your Google Ad campaign, make sure the Address shown with ad: is selected and click the Change selection button below the address, then RESELECT your address. The reason is, when the Google places was suspended it may have affected this setting and doing this refreshes the advert content to the current address that is in the system again. We then went through ALL the ads for ALL campaigns and reset them too. It appears "they've done something possibly linked to Google places" which may be affecting the addresses associated with ads, so reset all your addresses.
I can't promise it's an instant fix but it may help you too.
