Hi chaps!  I have 11 solar jobs that i need prices for if someone is interested. They are 6 monthly cleans. None are smaller than 50KW, the largest is 250KW. Assume they are ground mounted for now, an odd one may need a cherry picker.

A rate per panel would be fine.  The largest has just over 900 panels, the smallest has 131.

If you need any more info, fire away!

Please don't post to tell me you are not interested. Cheers!  ;D

Some pics would help Steve, IMO, or slightly better location description. Im Hants and looking to go down the solar panel route a little more.

Put it another way, how far from north hants are they?

£3 is the right price for them!

My south east geography is between rubbish and none!  Postcodes are mainly GU, then RG & RH.  I have no pics yet as the sites are all secure. Sorry.

Hi Ian. £3 per panel is way over the top compared to other prices I have been given.  There is the possibility of many more sites,,so please think of prices in the long term too.  I am not making a big margin, I just want to get them done.

Er, not too low. It's way too high!  What price do you have in mind if £3 is too low?!

I would say more details are required Steve. If I were to do a solar panel clean on a domestic customer with say 10 panels on their roof Id probably go in at £5.00 a panel. Anything higher and it would be considered top top dollar.

However, single domestic is always going to attract a higher rate. A job with 900 panels is likely to be done IMO for less than £1.00 a panel if it is an ideal job. BUT saying that is it a commercial job or are they lots of domestic panels on a housing estate for example for a housing association; in which case if you've got 10 panels per house the job will be a lot more labour intensive than a bank of 900 panels laid out in rows of 100.

I go back to my original post on this thread, more details required.

In which case £3.00 a panel is stupid money. You do the 900 panel job in 3 days eas if they're laid out in banks or rows of 100.

They are ground mounted apart from one which may be roof mounted. One site near Ipswich, one near Oxford, the rest are well within 1 hour of Woking. The panels are in rows. Hope that helps.
