Unbelievable. I wouldn't even clean the windows on a 5 bed hose for £29 one off, yet he is prepard to clean windows and empty gutters. Dork.

This guy has just done one of my customers in Sutton.
He worked with his son, they took just under the hour and came from across the city.
All for £29.
They hope for repeat business but was miffed when they said once every 10 years as thats how long it had been.
If they dont already the will be living in a hostel.

i dont think its fair to mock
this guy may be new to this industry and thinks this is a good way of getting business, its better surely than undercutting people?

yes he will live and learn from his mistakes and this may make him a better business person and end up putting you b/ham lads out of work ??? ::)

Theres not much of this that makes sense to me Bob.
If he learns and becomes a better business person his rates will go up.

Basically he is cleaning  the windows on a 5 bed as a one off unseen. He is a dork. There is no mitigation.

Never in your wildest dreams...hang on...blimey, steak meal for 2 for £25. Lovely job! That's more like it.

I had one of them offers recently; the steak was minging - poor quality and overcooked (just how poor quality steak should be).  I'd have rather paid extra and had something tasty that that what we actually had.

Never again.

the gutter clean price is about right, but he will regret adding in the window cleaning.
