Service level agreement
« on: January 04, 2013, 10:44:57 am »
Hi guys my first ever post

I have been given the go ahead on a fairly large (for me) regular clean but they have asked for some form of "service level agreement" outlining my commitment to undertake the scheduled cleans (their words) and am a bit flummoxed as to what to put - the clean will be done with a prochem t/m any help much appreciated

Just set out the time schedule you have agreed- Type of clean- how often -  what areas, and PRICE you are charging, how you are going to clean it..
God must love stupid people---He made so many.

Just google " service level agreement template " or " service agreement template " , then open another page and google phrases like " cleaning service level agreement " , " carpet cleaning service level agreement " , " cleaning service agreement " , " carpet cleaning service agreement " truck mount cleaning method statement " ect, ect and transfer any useful information and your own thoughts to the editable template, try and find a template you can add your own logo ect.
