Thank you for your enquiry regarding the price of a carpet clean of your
stairs and landing.
With out a little more detail its difficult to give you an exact quote, a
number of factors have to be taken into consideration, ie. amount of
soiling, carpet fibre/constuction, any staining that may require special
treatment etc.
Normaly i offer a no obligation free survey to attain all these factors were
apon i can give you an exact price and the expected results that can be
achieved. If you would care to call me or let me have your contact details i
can arrange a visit for you, A little more information can be seen on my web
site www.ferribycarpetcleaning.co.uk  .;
How ever , as it is just the jallstairs and landing i can give you a ball park
figure of £ 55.00  this is my minimum charge and is inclusive,I cannot see
the price been any more if it is a straight forward clean.
I hope i have been of help and thank you for your enquiry.
Regards Geoff. www.ferribycarpetcleaning.co.uk

Yes I get that quite a bit too.
One of the search words used, according to my website
stats, is carpet washing.
How much for room cleaning...... find out rough size give a
price......and for 1 bedroom, ok that'll be....what about
stairs and landing but no bedroom....grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Impossible done straight away, miracles can take a little longer.

You are not unique! And yes I get as frustrated as you but answer in a similarly professional way.

That said......

I once got an enquiry:-

"How much to clean my sofa? It's red."

I was so tempted to reply " Well I charge red ones at £80, but if your sofa had been blue I would only have charged £70" ;D

Instead I did the boring professional answer; and guess what; I wasn't taken up on my reply. :'(

I ask for a photo esp for suites in cases like this.

Not many send one.

I really dont think these people are serious about using a pro cleaner of any description.  What they do with the 'quote' Ive no idea but I imagine they're down on hands and knees scrubbing with 1001 as its only £2.50 from Tesco.
