Hey Ronnie,

I recon we need to get rid of people at the first sign they are not right.  the first 4 weeks are still the job interview.  if there's anything they do that you dont like, jump on it and dump them.  they are on best behaviour those first weeks, so if you're in doubt already...  you need to get rid.

I normal use Gum tree for my employees. As we know wfp is more popular now and there are many more that have used it! so I only take on new staff that have used wfp! this then saves time and money on wasters trying to get them up to speed!! also when I employ staff I have a professional attitude and get across its not casual job, bottom line in all this....your in business and have to make a profit  ;)

take on as many parttimers as fills the workload then once you sense a bad egg you can let  them go easily without it rocking the boat.

i find my workers thru word of mouth -first thing i say is "ive been feeling ill lately, whatabout you? "

next i ask whats your doctors name  ,if they know it and the surgery open hours very well, they arent going to fit in

Thats a cracker  ;D ;D
