Knee pads

What sort of knee pads do you guys use, the ones I use don't last long before the velcrow stops sticking, they slip about a lot as well

I did use the insert pads for a while but the knees in the trousers wore out really quick, I like the ones that go over the trousers but can't seem to find any suitable ones
