Hi

I have always found the best overall method for commercial cleaning is good old fashioned telemarketing with a follow up letter or email which is what i prefer.

There is of course other methods but to be honest telemarketing is the mainstay of any marketing plan.

Give me a call if you need any help

Hi Drew

Thank you for your response, i will give you a call in the new year and i will discuss further with you.

I have spoke with other office cleaning companies and they all recommend telemarketing as the best option.

One of the things i will need is data of the companies i will be calling and i am unsure where to get this from?

Look forward speaking to you soon.

Hi Steven

Hope you are OK.

The best way to build a list could be the naughty way...use the yellow pages etc and build your own list, tut tut

The way I would suggest is the Thompson local online service this is cheap and easy to use. They will give you some credits free as well.

Another way is a wish list...

Simply this is a list of companies you defiantly want as clients (for whatever reason)

Keep the list to around 10 or 20.

Start work on them and keep up with re-contacts over the Year (every 6 to 8 Weeks), and with a bit of luck you might some in.

Try and make this list high profile clients like well know and recognizable names, this will help you in the future.

Later mate

Hi Drew

Thanks for that,

I have decided to try out email marketing as i done this once before and was very impressive. Have you tried this method before?? if
so how did it turn out?

A email marketing company are offering to send out 250.000 emails about my services and they guarantee 25 leads for £199.99
which i think is very reasonable.

Kind Regards

Hi Steve

I cant say I have used anyone for that.

I would be a little skeptical of anyone with a guarantee of 25 Leads, thats one thing no-one can say..

Whats the guarantee, what do they give you if they fail to deliver the leads?

Having said all that, you may as well give it a try, where are you based by the way?

I'm based in Leeds West Yorkshire

If you need any advice or templates for your business, just let me know Steve

Hi Drew

What sort of templates do you Have?

We are based in London and we operate within the M25

Well basically they charge £199.00 with £99.00 upfront cost and once they have given me 25 leads they invoice me
for the £100.00

If they don't get 25 leads they give me back my £99.00 according to there T&C

I will let you know how i get on with them within the next few weeks.

I did try out email marketing once before and it worked very well - another company sent out only 500 emails and i got a bout 4 leads from it
and 1 small office cleaning contract and this other company is offering to send out 250.000 emails so worth a try i think.

any way i look forward to your response

With Kind Regards

Steven

Steven,

This sounds almost to good to be true.

Do they guarantee the leads to be within a certain area?

We are based in Worcester and I am also looking for a company to do the same kind of thing?

How many office based businesses are there
in any one area?
Probably London apart probably none.
Impossible done straight away, miracles can take a little longer.
