I took a look, one is a hotel, the other is an annexed cottage. Cottage is a doddle, hotel is a shunt. Scaffolder said the bloke is a numpty.

If you need to have it done right.

Hotel £200 in and out
          £150 out

Cottage/anex
Needs gutters done |£30
Windows out initial £20
In and out               £45

if it is dirty it is fair game
