I have just had my first bounced cheque  :-[ . I had a bad feeling to be honest about it. I will try to cut a long story short. - sells Avon for a living, he was still acting like the big i am though!!! Tbh i was thinking of walking

Alarm bells would have been ringing for me when I found out a bloke sells avon for a living  :'( :'( never right is it - whats that all about  :o

Sounds like he's one of those transients.
It's not expensive, you just can't afford it.

Thats why they moaned- they wanted to pay 80p.  But I had an order signed by their site agent.;D

As far as I am aware, a bounced cheque is civil matter which you can chase through the small claims court.
Fraud on the other hand is a criminal matter, and the police are obliged to investigate camplaints regarding fraud.
Threaten him that you will report the matter to the police, that may make him pay up pronto.

As far as I'm aware it's a civil matter for personal cheques but an illegal act for business cheques.

For £150 I wouldnt mess about i would get around there now and collect.

These kinda of people (scum) can always lay their hands on the cash ... you need to be a little more forceful i rekon.
