30 quid. Although this does include other services, such as gutters.

For 240 jobs a month that is 1 fantastic round.
I don't believe that table tell you enough to make that statement. How many man hours is the key thing.

What 240 jobs a month averaging at £31 each bringing in 4k and i cant ashume its a fantastic round.
£31 as his average house price has been proven by hes aworka table.
Hat off to him i say.
I have over 1000 customers between 2 vans at just £13.50 average. Id settle for the jobs taking twice as long for a double average cost per house. Half the paperwork and half the amount of chasing payments needed.

How many hours do you put in a day rise n shine??

No. Because he might have 3 men working 40 hours a week. I assume he hasn't but he might. It seems an awful lot of information to put on a public forum though, but each to their own.

Its me and have had someone else working with me for the last 3 months on 2 days a week. It does include gutters as I mentioned in the previous post and also a one-off job that was £2400, which would reduce the average of course, and probably the total earnt but mnot by a great deal.

I have no need to lie Steve, I can put the latest figure up, which changes over time, as its a running total of the last 12 months. It is lower than the figure in the image, probably due to the lost work we've had in the past 2-3 weeks and the holiday I had early november.

Come out with me if you like, your Newbury arent you? Im in Basingstoke. I'm going to Hungerford tonight, meet you there?  Put the kettle on ;-)

I don't for a second think you are lying. I was just making the point that the bare figures don't tell you anything at all. You could have a dozen employees and turn over 50k in which case you wouldn't have a penny spare.

As far as I can tell you specialise in or target big houses, so your average price is going to be quite high. Myself, I find the bigger houses hard to price profitably and often don't get them when I quote. I think I overprice tbh as I am always worried that they will be one-offs.

No, I don't doubt your figures at all. That turnover is very achievable for one man I would say around here.

Yes, I'm in Newbury. I know Steve at Aquatec and Cliff 1st Glass. I couldn't come to Hungerford tonight though as I am too fat from stuffing like a pig all day.

Why Oakley though? Is that where you live?

Built round with some very targeted advertising and leafleting and always asking for referrals from current custies plus always doing best job possible... No bumping... Plenty of water to rinse etc etc etc.. And plenty of banter with custies when I get chance....

Streets? I live in a field and lick the glass here. Whats electricity?

Here's a useful fact Frankie I bet you didnt know, Keynsham was I think the first place in the UK to get electric street lights.

Not thats any good to you, as you're on a curfew from 10.00-2.00.

Mine came out quite low at 308 cleans at 8.70

but that doesnt include commercial (which i just lost 5k a year of)

75% of the work is 2-3 weekly so is low priced because of that

doing some canvassing for more 4 weekly - 8 weekly this year
