Canvass clean and collect. repeat process untill you are full. Master that, price right and be reliable and your onto a winner of a round/business.
So many guys on here say the want more work which says to me that they have time on there hands so et motivated go out a few evenings a week and bang on those doors and fill your round up.

We are the same, never been out collecting, all customers pay on the day, leave it out, pay online or some post it.

Anyway as it goes i still do collect. any customer who owes me more than 3 cleans gets a text and a visit which once every few months makes a collect well worth while for cashflow. It beats pulling hair out being owed large sums of money all the time.
