Yes, two reasons. 1, an 8L heater is not necessary, and possibly going to run to hot in the winter if only on a used on a one man setup, and 2, as I wanted to run 2 reels I didn't want the 20min cut off because using two poles at the same time there is a high possibility that it will easily run constantly for 20 mins, and the last thing you want, especially in the winter, is the cutoff coming in and it stop heating the water.

Also Nat had the 6l version and it caught fire after 9 months of use. But maybe he just had a bad one. Oh that was 3 reasons

Yes there was the vat, plus royal mails handling fee, can to roughly £30, they total including this came to less than a fogwash.

I doubt it, but I'm sure the same goes for any of the heaters as they are all imported from either china or the states.

I have one they come from China. The one I have works well but sensitive to a breeze when the doors are open.It took me a few day to adept to working with this system. If you need to know I will try to help. All my problems I had was with the hoses and and real.  You must use a hose like thermobore.

Lee so are you saying that this is the sam e as yours, you mentioned something about a 20min cutout, not sure what that is
