Thanks Wynne, it was one of those jobs where I could have kept going and going and going, but the warden came and checked half way through and he was astounded at the results, he was prepared to bin them, as was not expecting me to get any where near that result.
Had to go to dentists so was rushing it a little.
Hot powerburst, sebo in 2 directions, long dwell, rinse extract

You should have taken some pics after you finished. Before and after shots are always handy for leaflets etc. ::)

I did a job like this and one of the rooms was used by their dogs to wee, although they had weed in other rooms too. The smell nearly knocked me out.

I was talking to the caretaker and saying I didn't know how people can be so dirty. Rather red faced he told me it was where the previous Rector and his wife had lived.  :-[

I would of insisted on payment upon completion... give these people an inch and they take a mile!
Did you agitate the carpet or was it a simple vac, prespray and extraction?

Tell me about it, going to keep calling and if that does not work I am thinking about turning up in the middle of one of their services and making a scene about them owing me the money, maybe even steal their silver or lead of their roof in compensation  ;D
I did agitate but only with the sebo not with the rotary
