Would like to publicly thank John and Lynn Kelly for going above and beyond the call of duty helping me with a few issues which i have been having with a piece of equipment.
Even though the machine in question was well out of its warranty and the manufacturer simply didn't want to get involved, John and Lynn chose to offer their help in resolving the situation.

I needed a spare bracket for a hand tool. They had one knocking about and sent it to me FOC inc postage. There are are not many suppliers who would do that!

I sent them an email thanking them and that I would recommend them in the future.

 but don't you think it was a bit of a coincidence that 3 days before the snow fell he bought all the sledges in the North East .......then made a killing selling them at a profit.

He's got a point, They have on of the largest reserves of rock salt in the uk........ FACT
