I'm thinking the same.
I bought a ducatto and have a 650 diy tank blue tacked in it. When I bought it the line of thought was to stay out all day to maximise the takings.
In reality though I still pop home for a leak or coffee so could fill or top up then. The insurance companies seem to think a 650 tank is the son of the Devil.
If we down grade though I'm sure we will win a massive contract that will need a bigger van.

I got rid of a new transporter kombi, and bought a transit connect and a berlingo.
The transporter was costing aprox £1100 per month.
I run 2 vans for a lot less.
On the down side it was a fantastic van.
