wfp is the best way to clean it off, do you use this, if so soak it and scrub with a flocked brush if it is stubbon use some trf (traffic film remover (dont let it dry if you use this)

you can get some chemical like caravan cleaner instead, all does the same job.

The price is down to what you want for you time, I would add extra time to what you think it will take as many times they do. remember these are normally once a year maybe 6 monthly or one-off jobs so price higher than a standard job IMO then add some on.

Between 5 and 10 quid per roof panel is what we get. The dirtier they are the more we charge.

Don't forget cleaning the glass is the easy bit.  The frames, overhang, guttering, finials etc all take a lot longer!!

Viro-sol or UBIK2000, both are good chemicals for this sort of thing.

If its just green algae if flies off.  If its lichen growths then charge a lot more than normal as this takes a while to remove.

I find that an applicator on pole removes the lichen a lot quicker than wfp as you get more pressure on a concentrated spot by using the ends.
