Dani if you want an encapsulating extraction product then use Chemspec Liquid High Heat or Prochems Natural Carpet Cleaner (others are available)

This will give you better dilution rates for HWE.

As stated Dynamall is intended for encapsulation using a pad/brush.

Did a ladies dressing room yesterday fake tan stains all over Dynamall removed all but one heavy stain but dye gone got that one
