I'm gonna have a holiday Nxt year if it kills me

Or if I don't the mrs will 1st ::)
easiest way to have a holiday is to go and book it ;) do it for one of your wife's Christmas present (2birds one stone) and you get all the browny points :)
I would  of booked a holiday this year but I have spent
Every bit of extra cash on the business ie top notch pole
Upgrading system and  static system. Sign writing
Websites and the spare everything just in case!

I havnt got much more to buy so a holiday is defo
On the cards when the Nxt lot if schools cheques
Drop on the mat!!  8)
i was talking about a deposit, you get the paper work she gets the surprise christmas day, you get the browny points and something to work too which the excuses ( we all make them)
The way your saying it is way less appealing, go have some fun today and smash that goal before 2013 and come up with a new one :)
If your not willing to learn, No one can help you, If you are determined to learn, No one can stop you ;)

Personal goals

To remain a non smoker throughout 2013. (3 months now after 18 years being a smoker)

Have atleast 1 foreign holiday (already booked)

Business Goals

To carry on increasing the size of our commercial round.

To increase our customer average spend on our domestic round (conservatory cleans, fascia cleans, pressure washing etc)

Invest a lot more profit back into the business. (New poles mainly)

Just to continue growing the business.

And treat myself to a newer van as I am very tight with money when it comes to spending it on something for myself.

We have a holiday all sorted to Oz next Christmas, with a few days in Singapore on the way.

To fish more. When I become self employed 20 odd years ago I thought it would mean working when I wanted. Not a chance. Contracts need honouring and with some work being daily I work 7 days a week almost all the time :-\
Come and talk dirty to us!!!

Get my employee full time so I can turn my window cleaning rounds into a business that brings in money even if i dont do any work on the glass .....  this will free me up to do what Im good at which is sales.

also bring in other income streams such as power washing, gutter vac, conny restoration etc etc.

oh and get a website sorted for my domain www.1wc.co.uk

Mine is to gain an extra grand a month, whether through windows, connies, whatever.

Once i do , i am treating myself to  a new midlife crisis bike, BMW R1200GS.

Nearly went for it the weekend, but i want to reward myself for effort  :)

Just getting rid of all domestic customers, to concentrate on contract work, more more money for less hours + guarantee payment, fed up hearing " can i pay next month " or " can you come back friday"

i just need more time to myself , got far too much work which is great , but am doin most of it myself which leaves me no time to build the buisness , and in spring i get busy with my jet washing , so for me the goal is to get someone in more or less full time , obviously i care about making lots of money , but right now i just need to do a bit less even if i lose a bit by paying someone else  :D
the more flyers i post , the luckier i seem to get ...

I did that after my first or second year, soon realized what I'd done and changed back. A healthy mix of both is always good.
No still don't understand, I must be thick
