gutters
« on: November 21, 2012, 11:37:56 am »
Guys i dont do many gutters but have been asked to clean 2 or 3 recently and not really sure if im pricing them right.

I have 2 houses to do next week (next door to each other, semi detached) they only want the front doing and wouldnt take me that long to clear them out - mainly moss and crap. I will also quickly clean the outside with a long pole, that it done.

How much would you guys ask for that, we seem to get all sorts of pri es on this site for gutter cleaning.

Thanks in advance

Steve

I did more or less same sort of job last week, quick empty (just bits of moss and few leaves) and quick clean. Both next door, just fronts, charged £50 (£25 for each)

Don't be cheap mate. Its a risky job and they really wont want to do it. I won't tell you what to charge but whatever you think id then add £10 to that.

Cheers,

Caleb

give them a price,  then a reduction for more gutters cleaned.they think there saving,  but you are getting more work @ the same time.
