Hi guys got a bit of a problem with my cfr tool for some reason the hide a hose seems as if the trigger is constantly pressed. I suspect it could do with either a trigger repair kit or some new o rings. But i cant undo the bloody nut to get to replace either. might sound a stupid question but can it be undone or not?

Another thing is do they do some sort of filter for the cfr tool because the jet seems to be getting blocked up constantly?

Make sure the hose hasn't burst inside

It's not leaking inside it's just constantly coming out of the jet when the pumps turned on. Whether I press the trigger or noti just can't see if the nut where the valve goes can be undone as there seems to be no gap at all.

The  spring in your trigger valve has broken. You need a valve repair kit from Amtech. They cost about £10.

I don't have a filter in mine and have not had a blocked jet in the past 15 years I have been using it.  You need to think about why yours is blocking.

The jets may block is if you have scale in your cleaning system that is finding its way through , or detergent buildup or cleaning powders that are not mixed properly or contamination in your clean tank. Check all these out and flush your system through.

There is no reason why you can't fit a filter yourself. They are available from most suppliers.

It is more likely to block if you are using an 01 jet. You could try using a large size e.g., 02,03, OR 04. They are also available from Amtech. I use all 4 depending on what I am cleaning.

Yeah it's an 01 so I'll order a couple more sizes. Still cant get the nut undone it's doin my head in. Thanks Jason
