This is the only responce I have recived regarding Ionic

Hi Ottra

As a supplier of control electronics for WFP I can not post this on CIU as it breaks the advertising rules. I am a little surprised Ionic are proving so difficult to get hold of. That aside It may be worth looking at an Alternative I would suggest looking at Gardiner Poles systems

They also have a distributor in Australia I beleive

I think he needs to fix the poles and system he has got and try to make it work.
