Hi Andy

Do you have 2 motors in your ninji mate if you do you should have 2 3 stage vacs in it.

not to sure what the watts are but as Paul said upgrade to the new 1500 watt motors.

I was upgrading to this but phoned Prochem and they advise me to stick with the 1200 watt motors because its all to do with the tank.

Not sure on this but John Martin can explain more.

Check the new Enforcer on the Ashbys website and see the vac types on there they have a standard vac & a h/duty vac..

:)  I am more an expert on googling than a dedicated motor specialist ...

There are some powerfull dry vacuum motors  ... like this one

http://gallery.domel.si/products/files/496-3-457.pdf

but they are intended for dry filtered aspiration  , most are one stage so don't have huge waterlift but good airflow .. and perhaps in the case above , powerfull but  not as efficient per watt as the tangential design .

Andy, You have two stage vacs ie two sets of fans on each vac., 3 stage being 3 sets, just check with ashbys they fit in the depth of the machine and the mounting holes line up.
