wfp and wiping the edges
« on: November 09, 2012, 09:47:06 pm »
when i was uptown getting tea this after i saw 2 wfp lads working. what surprised me is that after scrubbing the windows and frames like id expect they then spent a while wiping off drips and detailing the edges of the glass with  blue cloth. just like a trad clean.
  is this common

They might have been employees working for a company, tossing it off until home time  :D :D

I saw a couple of lads cleaning some apartments near me a few weeks ago, when I spoke to them they said that they worked for a big cleaning company and had driven 30 miles to clean one block of 14 apartments. When I drove past about two and a half hours later they were still at it.  ???

it was 1 downstairs flat in a big seafront block.  i wasnt pulling holes in them ,just was curious why they were wiping the glass edges carefully with a rag after doing the wfp thang.
As i say, every firm has a different routine ,and could be thats just what they always do. the effort looked impressive to me-really going for it they were both of them ,especially as was quite late on a Friday afternoon they didnt look tired .(id just dropped my workers off home and we were all whacked )
maybe they find the customers like seeing the wiping.  id guess they were there 20 minutes easy ,i had to wait for my order to cook and ava chat with the tasty E.Eurolady there . i got 2 days worth of food ,thats how good it is
