I was called to look at a pigmented leather sofa as the pigment on the arm and headrest is peeling away. Its only 2 years old and csl have attempted to repair the arm (at the cost of £48 and 30 minutes) but its back to peeling away.
Elderly couple are not happy and feel they have been ripped off as suite was £2400
I don't want to attempt a repair as it will land in my lap if it outdoes last.
Has anyone any advise on best way for them to approach the shop over this.
Apparently the csl technician told them it was the oil in the skin causing it

Surely the suite isn't fit for the use it was intended for?
