I have been trying to kill a mobi-wash this year

It says no detergents but so far has handled everything we have chosen to spray through it.

It doesn't have the best lance it's more of a gun type. However we have just got a 7m hose for it which has hose lock fittings.

It has a nice neoprene jacket that keeps it cosy too.

Ive been looking at those mobis too, sent them an email about a month ago about having a lance - but no reply. I would have bought it as its the same cost approx. The pressure is a lot higher, but on the lowest setting is probably fine on carpets tbh.

  My Mobi washer pump died after 1 weekend of use, took the pump out of my old windowcleanerswarehouse one, with a couple of modification's still going after 6 months.

If you manage to get 2 to 3 years out of a cheap electric sprayer you are doing well. There is an argument for sticking with what you have. All the parts are available to refurbish your exisitng one as well. That should appeal from a financial point of view.

I have a window cleaners warehouse sprayer too and I think it is perfect for carpet prespraying with the right jet size. I still can't believe how long the battery lasts. I did have to upgrade all the hoses and connections though so I will be hoping mine lasts as longs as yours has.

Use the same as you and can't fault it, especially at the price.

Never actually use as back pack as don't trust the straps but apart from that I'd happily recommend and buy more in future.

Yep the Sherpa does look good using same as you at the moment Shaun 2nd pump in mine at a cost of £29 Think I am going to get a Sherpa

i wont slag it off too much as im going to see if they can sort out once and for all
when they work they are brilliant!

Had big problems with WCW , they repealed it twice, but I feel design is not as watertight as it could be,it's easy to get water ingress in the base.
I use with additional 25ft hose, very nice, leave on landing, spray two or three rooms without moving.
Will be trying the new Gardiners unit soon.

With the sherpa one the battery does not last that long. It is a far better design than the windiw cleaners warehouse one but the switch is a weakness and the pressure switch on the pump does not turn it off unless you turn the flow rate right down. The window cleaners warehouse one has been a pain I have had mine replaced 3 times in a year. these things need slight modifiacations in order to make them more reliable. ie changing the switches for waterproof versions and with the window cleaners ware house model putting sealant betwween the tank and the base to stop moisture in the workings. I have an inverter in the van to keep the sherpa carged up as it needs to be charged each night. Mine are used om a daily basis for long periods.

The old nano sprayer I got from Solutions years back still the best one I've had and still works then the multi-sprayer was good.Never had a problem with the wcw one apart from snapped lance which they replaced foc even though it wasn't a problem with the sprayer
