                                               & external cleaning services

Do you take pride in your home?

Looking for a professional & reliable window cleaner?

Unhappy with your current window cleaner?

If yes to any of the above then please give us a call for a free quote on 07843147316. We now regularly clean windows in this area using the pure water reach and wash system, this involves the use of telescopic poles and soft brushes which use 100% pure water that we filter through deionization vessels. Another benefit of the reach and wash system is that it completely eliminates the use of ladders so no more strange faces at your bedroom window or ladder marks in your lawn.

The reach and wash system can clean-        Windows              Frames

                                                                Sills                     Doors

                                                                Conservatories    PVC Plastics

                                                                Garage Doors     Solar Pannels

Benefits of the reach and wash system:        Removes spiders nests & cobwebs

Hard to reach windows easily cleaned

Better cleaning results (up to 50%)

                                                                Increased privacy

Environmentally friendly, just pure water no detergents

Water dries without leaving streeks or stains

We also offer an inside window cleaning service so if you need us to keep both sides of your windows perfectly clean we will be happy to do so at a reduced rate.

Hassle free service: we offer a sucure online card payment service, we also accept cash and cheque.

Please note that due to forth coming changes in EU legislation on the use of ladders (they are only permitted for access) so the reach and wash system is most likely to be the future fo window cleaning.

Here at Clean N Seal we also offer a full range of external cleaning services for your Home or Business including Gutter & Fascia cleaning, pressure washing of Drives, Patios, Walls, Yards etc and a roof cleaning service for all sizes of roofs.

I wouldn;t put anything like that... It looks a bit unprofessional.

Also... It's all too wordy - Find some really good pictures and use very few words.

Hi
Whatever you decide to put, Just make sure you proof read it - I know it's a bit pedantic, but I've noticed a few spelling mistakes already mate - streaks and panels for a start

Do you actualy have a reach and wash system from ionic? if not you are not legally allowed to uses the phrase "reach and wash system" or the logo.
The best way to predict the future is to create it.

Wayne do you intend to canvass as well.
Im sure they work for some people but I found flyers a
total waste of time and money.
Business cards, name and logo on van then canvass like mad.
A landline number as well as a mobile number if you have one,
It helps connect you to an address, customer trust is very important
in window cleaning.
If you have a wife girlfriend or sister who would be willing to canvass for
you its a great help.
My wife picked up far more customers than I ever could.
But then I do look like Borris Karloff.

john have done a little canvassing and have got good results but wanted to try flyers as have done quite a bit research and would be happy with 0.5% return on them, know its not the best time of year and might be a bit less than that so have included a few add ons too. Know it might leave my round a bit scattered but can canvass where i need to to make it more compact, thanks for advice though.

Lee thanks for that will change to pure water system ;)

been playing around with flyers and lets be honest how many do you read that drop on your doorstep ? how often do you just gather them all up and throw them in the Bin most are screwed up just trying to get then thru the letterbox .....My recent flyers cost me but the response was better than expected ..Basically A4 split into 2 flyers usuall info on front and reverse i put a 2013 Calendar but to stop them being screwed up i encapsulated them all ...None destroyed trying to get them thru the letterbox and 2 customers put them up on their fridge using the calendar and my website / telephone number at top of each sheet ....Sainsburys selling ink refill kits £6 with drill bit well worth it

Hey, I don't mean to kick you in the nads, but it reads more like a website with all  that info.
A plain clear leaflet with window cleaner/cleaning followed up by a door knock has always worked well for me. At the door you can then chat about the extra services like gutter cleaning,.

trying to discredit the trad cleaner on your flyer to get trade is a cheap  thing to do.

its like a new carpenter boasting hes got a mitresaw and a whizzo router dissing the guy with a chisel set and box plane
