Which element for van tank

Hi all, i've read on here of some people using an element in their van tanks to stop the water freezing, can
anyone on here who doe's this please advise me on what they use and where they purchase it from if it comes with
a thermostat etc etc, i would be grateful for any advice.

I used the 15 inch one but it needs to fit under the baffle to just check. This will depend on your tank.

just go to a plumbers merchant and ask for a thermostatic heating element,i have the 11 inch one
you may need to purchase a 2 1/2 inch mechanical flange to secure the element on the inside of the tank(screwfix sell them)
plus a hole cutter
