Hi,

I'm still in work mode as I'm working in the morning at 6.30am and with me being sober tonight and having time on my hands before bed, it got me thinking about what time people go to bed the night before work.

I've been up some mornings at 4am for work and still seen people posting, this means that they're either as crazy as me or they're still up from the night before.

So the question again, what time do you usually go to bed the night before work and what time do you normally get up in the morning?

Ill start,

I'm usually in bed come 10pm, the early mornings aren't as frequent as they used to be now the business has changed direction. I'm usually up most days by 6am.

Bedby 11pm up about 630am get the kids ready for school,well umm i pay them to fill my tanks  whilst im have breakfast 
Leave home between 8 and 830am

In bed usually between 2am - 3am and up at 7.30am.

Start work at about 10am.

 Bed 10/11ish, up about half 7 most days now

Go to bed about 11:30 ish  get up at about 6:45

when on commercial early starts 10pm up well from 3.30 to 5am depending on job

normal days bed by midnight up at 7am

About 8yrs ago I got rid of all my shops and early starts, and have never set the alarm since, when I wake up I get up. But go to bed about 10:00pm to 11:00pm.

I now go for the easy life. Very good prices and a leisurely days work. I used to be out at 8am and work like a madman till 5pm but those days are long gone.

Depending on what I've got on in the morning
(And I'm now giving the nationals a Miss  )

I don't get to bed  b4 11 as a rule  but always up
At 6 am even if I have a Day off! So normally 12,00

I'm on to your change of direction mate and full mark
And thanks for the advice a few months ago  nor I'm better
of for it mate
( apologise if it doesn't make sense, Gordon is my mate tonight)

Go up at 10pm sleep by 11pm up at 6.50am. Used ti be 12-1 when I was younger but cannot do it now

Worked til 3am the other night, which was fun, but usually around 10, to be up for 7/7.30 to see the lads out.
