Goverment Grant
« on: October 25, 2012, 08:18:11 pm »
Because there are so many people on the dole, it might be worthwhile if the goverment gave employers money to start new staff, as long as they are still emploed by you after 1 year then the money is yours, if they are not and you have recieved it, then you pay it back, minus the amount of time they have worked for you

I got a grant a few years ago, I got a lad free for three months then I paid him and claimed back month 1 100% wages, month2 50% wages month 3 25% wages then he was my responsibility I kept him for just under a year after that but it didn't work out and I let him go

they wanted me to pay him for the full three months then claim it all at the end, but I said no I couldn't do it and they could have him back so they agreed to the above deal

and no I would not do it again
