We could point out that it's distilled and not deionised, all though the end result is pretty much the same.Best other use I've seen for DI water is insulation against an electrical current - electricity cannot flow through it - but I'm sure we all know that.

Don't put it in your car mate, purified water is so aggressive!!!! Do yourself a favour and get a copper fitting and put it in some purified water and leave it a few weeks, then decide whether you want to put it in your cars cooling system.
