Hi there alex

I just recevied a medium cill sl brush butsome of the bristles are slightly bent. Not bent much i might add but was wondering if you have a solution to this or should i return the item?

Hi George

Hope you don't mind me answering on Alex's behalf but he's out with some of the kids all morning.

Putting the brush into a bowl of boiling water for about 30-60 seconds should 're-set' the bristles.  If you're not happy with the result, please do send it back for a replacement with a covering note and order details.  We will obviously cover your postage costs.
