i got fed up being messed about for payment by a one off clean so i gave them a visit at 6am this morning, nice load knock on the door, paid no problem.

has anyone else done this, what other methods work to get payment

I have never collected at 6am however I have been known to block a car or 2 in with the van

first time i have done it, i had tried the txt,  email and knocking for my money in the evening to no avail.

i  will have to try this method of collecting again as it seemed to work.

It is tempting got a custy at the minute who continues to tell me they are going to pay online each time i see them  , They owe for 2 cleans and i am getting a bit fed up , they will be getting dropped once i have got my money. MIKE

could be contrued as harassement.  If someone did that to me, money owing or not, I'd call the police.

I admire your tenacity ... even I wouldnt knock this early at a bad debtors ... 7.30 maybe

if people mess you about, they have to expect you to try to  get your money that is owed to you, lets just say a threat to put me in a&e would be laughed at, i am never threatening but my message gets put over, the ones that usually try it on are women.

i did think it may be seen as haressment, thats why all i did was ask for money owed, the police always knock at that time of the morning when they want to find someone in

i always remember collecting a house at 2.30 in the morning i passed his house after comeing out of a night club a good few years back he was a post man his light was on he was a really bad payer i was drunk and thought sod it he payed aswell lol

so you think its right to knock at a door at 6am , i understand where you are coming from about being owed from them , im just saying from my point of view that if people were to knock on my door that early i wouldnt be happy and it wouldnt have been a threat to put you in a&e i would have just smashed you in the face for waking my grandkids up .

just for future if you are going to collect at 6am you can end up in a bit of trouble for haressment legal times for going to collect a debt are between 8am and 10 pm .
oh and by the way im just a little bit bigger than you
