Agitation machine advise
« on: October 14, 2012, 08:52:25 am »
Hi All

Was after some advice, I have a Numatic BMD1000s just sitting in my garage is this suitable for agitation after presray. I believe it runs at150rpm.

If anyone has used or still owns one what plates and brushes do you find the most effective.

Thanks for your time

It will be okay for this task.
If you have a drive board for it you can use one of the many pad/bonnets out there.
Pads are better for commercial loop pile.
Bonnets for cut pile and domestics.
Its worth getting a few different ones and playing around to find what works best with your chosen pre-spray/cleaner.
