Winter Heating Element

Hi,

Going to fit another element in my new tank,... but cant remember what the nut is called , which goes inside the tank, .... as it does not come with the element,
.....so i can google it  :D
Daft but true....

can anyone help please .

been  reading an old topic about safety.... and someone said that a 3kw element in tank is dangerous, and that anyone coming in contact with the van could be electrecuted.....shoud a wire pop out , or should anything get wet on the thermastat. :o :o :o :o

is this true ??

The elements are in now..... in the winter mornings i will open the van door, and heat will heat me! lol

and all my hoses will be warm...and my water will be hot .

tried putting 2 aquarium heaters in 3 years ago.... on a 650 litre tank , it never even reached the dizzy heights of tepid.

 ;)
