you apply protector by sprayer over a damp (just cleaned) carpet.
You had any training?

yes but on the bottles from amtech it says apply intank or spray

Personal choice,
The system you use, gives you the choice apply shut out assit (stain blocker)during clean or applya carpet protector by sprayer after clean.
