There are lots out there.

Wcp
Round tracker v5
George
Aworka
Plan my jobs

And a couple of others. Have tried in this order....

George
Wcp
Aworka
Plan my jobs

In the end I'm back with George...  Best £50 I spent (twice)

I tried a few round tracking programs . And found aworka to be the best for a number of reasons.

great layout,  Easy to navigate ,  can check earnings and total debts at a glance . I can now use it on my android phone . And it is actively been improvedon a regular basis .

Been a cloud based program means you get any updates imediately were as programs which are downloaded or bought with an upfront fee means they become outdated .

Which means to benefit from any improvements you would have to buy the program again . I would rather pay a monthly fee for a quality cloud based program like www.aworka.com    . MIKE

seriously guys if your a sole trader GEORGE is fantastic, hassle free and very cheap(£50 one off fee,£12 a year internet back up).its very easy to use and is simple and straightforward.

you also dont pay extra for updates! they are free.

no monthly fee

you can check earnings and takings at a glance as well using GEORGE.

personally i dont want any round software on my phone.i prefer printed worksheets at work then i spend 10 mins every working day evening updating my round.

also you can see last years earnings at a glance in relation to what you ve earned this year at the same time. ;) ;D ;D ;D ;D

Dazmond turnover can also be checked at a glance on aworka  when you sign you can see an overview of daily, weekly , monthly and annual turnover and the comparison aganist previous years turnover , Along with debts and work due .

I use to print out worksheets but then you have to go to the trouble of printing out each night and shredding used work sheets and debt lists after work . Plus it is a big use of paper which can be avoided .  Mike

Some more info to take in, thanks guys will have a look at these. I think it will be down to what you are used to like anything. As a sole trader i think its best to keep things simple if you can. I think we can over complicate things if we arent careful, its a bit like the wfp debate - which pole, which backpack, etc etc. all again down to what people get used to and are comfortable with.
Ultimately, the manufacturers of these products seem to be doing very well out of it.....
Cheers

I think your jumping in without reading what ive said,  I was talking about not over complicating things thats all, as everyone has a different opinion on things.
I like the idea of George for me and will look at the other suggestions as well - keep it positive fella.

If somebody has gone through your bins this week . I am innocent I live to far away Lol. Mike
