Result on the servatory them sash windows look a pain to do on inside whats your prefered way for them.
Nice job looks like a good earner
I had a job with 30 sash windows like those that i quoted last week i quoted £90 in and out for a regular clean and i havnt heard back yet do u think my price was to high ?
I havnt got many customers with sash windows so found it a tricky 1 to price .
TBH pretty much all the insides are a pain, some of the windows are so old and wrecked we do wonder why they have them all done

Squeegee and a pole as the windows are high. We do try and wipe the frames inside but again the quality of some of them means its not possible as were take more paint off!
As for pricing without seeing the building its hard to say how much a jobs worth. We dont price by the window we price on time and what we think we can get away with. Old sash windows with flaky paint and putty falling out are as you probably know a pain! So price accordingly, MORE than you first thought!
Give the custy a call, see what they thought of the price, thats what we do if we dont hear from them. Pretty much every time they have just forgot to call us.
The first old mansion with Georgian sash we ever got just after we started we priced at £90 and the guy just laughed at us, so we had a chat and he said he'll be willing to pay £55. Obviously this is a massive difference but we still do it and it actually only takes 40 mins. He has most of the frames painted yearly so its a doddle to clean!
Not only that we eventually got next door and thats £90 for outs £180 for in and outs every other time (both 6 weekly) and that takes less than an hour for outside and an hour for insides so both jobs equal £145 (£235 every other time) and take less than 3 hours including packing up and driving next door when we do everything!
