I notice this has been cancelled for the second time this year.

Not a surprise but highlights just how tough things still are.

Regretably I think Paul is Right

Was watching a Documentary about Marx  , and other Economic Figures.

In  USA workers have been on same Money for 13 years not even having inflation rises.

I think Local government pay has been frozen for Two Years Nationally . In our Authority we are on $th year so only 9 more to go.

Government is perobably the biggest Employer in UK very unlikley there will be wage Growth in next 5 Years

Even Ed millband  has said he would put jobs before pay rises. Most Local authorities will still need to slash their budgets for next two years which does not only effect staff , Sub Contractors, Bus companies Residential Homes Nurseries, school budgets , Catering facilities etc etc etc. Which in turn means less money to be spent in Local Economy

Plus in The Regions Regional pay will be introduced and even Senior Positions where flexiability is required will probably be on Zero Hour Contracts , so it just not lowly staff such as Cleaners who will be on such system

I also think minimum wage will be abolished which will then drive down Wage Costs
