I would just like to say a big Thank you to Edd, for supplying me a new updated Scorpion and after using it a few days ago for the first time a I am very pleased with its performance!
Just another thing! I had a little problem with my other Scorpions clean water tank , last year! no leaks or anything, but needless to say Edd replaced it free of charge and that was after four years of ownership! I dont think there are many manifactures that would match up to Edd Valentines outstanding customer service

Good to hear you finally got sorted Stuart ...............I've always admired Ed's style and am not surprised to find him stepping up to resolve your problem.

Having said that .............The Solutions company have built a fantastic reputation for service so your experience is not typical and others have posted about similar experiences with other companies and their products.

I must make this known, but my argument was never with Edd, He has always proved to be Decent guy and a first class supplier
As for Solutions I think any further comments would be counter productive

keep spelling his name wrong and he will be asking for it back :D

do  you think he would have been accommodating if you hadn't been causing such a stink over the last week?

'outstanding customer service' or damage limitation?

To be honest Guys
Ive had the New Scorpion for over a Month!
The Issue i had was to do with Solutions, Not Edd !
Ok there would be a few mods i would make to it, as i did with the older Scorpion thats nearly five years old, Dont get me wrong, I miss my Jag, Just dont think as things stand its reliable enough for me the way it is at the moment! Maybe Edd has Already Corrected the fault? i dont know as i no Longer have a Jag

So who underwrites the warranty now seeing as you have pretty much burnt your bridges with WOC? If you modify your machine in any way shape or form it will invalidate the warranty Stu.
Not sure Ed will be too quick to help you if the machine has be modified and it developed a fault...

The post about Dumping his ( Nick's ) collaboration with Cross American could land him in seriously hot water.

This post has nothing at all to do with Solutions and i will make no further comments on that matter,
As for Nick I emailed him a few days ago to thank him for my new machine, and just to say i had used it for the first time and i was very pleased with it

Russ
As for warranty mate, I couldnt care less with regards to any Guarantee, I have my own supplier that ive used for over fifteen years! If a pump or a vac went down , I would merely purchase one from him, at a fraction of what you would pay mate! but its highly unlikely!
As Ive said in loads of Posts i am very pleased with my Scorpy and always have been! apart from albeit a few niggles like vac shut offs and thats what will be modified

I want to thank Stuart for this thread and comments, however, I would like to take this opportunity to clarify one  very important factor in Customer Satisfaction whether it was in regards to Stuart Clark, or any one else whomever purchases from our great friends at SOLUTION, Cornwall, and specifically, Mr. Nicholas White. This effort was definently not mine alone by far.

Without the continued (and relentless) behind the scenes effort of Mr. White and his fabulous team at SOLUTIONS whom gave their all (and more!!!) to help Stuart, this situation might still be on going for whatever reason. I can attest to the fact, that this had cost Mr. White a ton of money out of pocket, something that he never ever complained about because his only focus was to help solve a situation, and, offer a form of customer satisfaction that most others may not , or would never consider. Then, and only then, figure out the "why's & whatevers"....only after......the customer was truly satisfied. That is his pure nature and a quality that I have always admired.

Personally, I have never met or had the absolute pleasure of working with such a Company, team,  and individual in this Industry who puts as much energy into his business as Mr. White. And that is a fact.

My final comment would be respectfully directed at Mr. Mike Halliday who stated:

"
Quote
'outstanding customer service' or damage limitation?"

Well, you can interperate it any way you wish, however, I would conclude that the people at SOLUTIONS  has always had:

OUTSTANDING customer service AND customer satisfaction!

Thanks to all and we are all glad that Stuart Clark is a happy customer.

i had some great customer service 2 weeks ago by restormate and  a duo delivery  problem....do you remember reading about it?

OF COURSE YOU DON'T!!  BECUASE WITH SOME COMPANIES OUTSTANDING customer service AND customer satisfaction! is something that happens as standard.

it doesn't require massive amounts of slagging off on the Internet to make a company  offer it......

Oh come off it, you're far too long in the tooth (and ugly) to play the sweet innocent card.
