That's who I had in mind but wasn't sure if he had been on tv outside of scotland.

Well im biased because I have always used Cleansmart, but I have only great things to say about the cleansmart team.

Dee tends to reply to emails within seconds and like Matt is always a real pleasure to deal with.

In a previous post you said a mate supplied you with dosh and you were buying from Solutions, now you say you only use Cleansmart

Ive used solutions once. My experience with that order is quite public knowlege i think.

I bought my airflex from Cleansmart and took a few courses with them. Up until recently i've always used them soley.

Tre.........

Seems a slightly odd question coming from someone in the USA as it's unlikely you will see a reason to import anything from the UK having such a huge range available at better prices than we can buy them for.

As you might expect there are a number of " favourite " suppliers with a few getting more support than others.

The most interesting question might now be " Why do you use ***********as your favoured supplier.

Is it their great customer service, their knowledge and helpfulness, the particular products they sell or is it just down to the prices they charge.

Like many others I've always been a sucker for the latest wonder chemical and have a load to go through before actually needing to buy any more but I WILL buy more as I am currently trialling encap products and have just trialled a new one from Restormate which may render much of my others redundant.

I've never had poor service from suppliers apart from a local one who refused to sell a single 5 ltr from a box of 4 when I wanted to trial a particular chemical. Needless to say say I got it elsewhere.

Only ever used four suppliers Cleansmart have never let me down and maintain my machine, i have also brought stuff from Restoremate who are excellent, Solutions UK who are great too, only had problems from Altec who charged me for delivering every single item i ordered in one order, sending it to me over a three week period the deliver came to 5x s the cost of the items  >:( and Ashbys who i would need to write a dozen paragraphs to describe my bad experience  :o

newbie here, only bought from one so far, clean smart, very very impressed with pre order advice, quick response to e mails, good advice over the phone, and machine ready as and when i was promised it would be. bought some chems from them as well after much advice. got off to a bad start with solutions with lack of availibility of promised machine, but had some good advice from the owner nick initially, can see me buying from solutions and clean smart.... cant see any need for any others at the moment..... so ill stick with those two!!!!!

Tre

I’m also curious why you treat / spot a possible stain / mark before pre-spraying / extracting. If our pre spray don’t get it out then it’s down on hands and knees. The customer hasn’t tried  ;D ;)

Sorry back to the point ant (haven’t) got one. Don’t often by new equipment or bibs and bobs, ones we have used are Restormate, cleansmart, amtech have always been on the ball

Various reasons...just to name a few:

1. Depends on the spot but pre-spotting before even prespraying can help prevent the spot from wicking in the future or even spreading - example: ink

2. If it's urine, there is a couple different methods for removing Urine and this also depends on what the customer actually wants to pay for, of course the most proper way for removal would be to replace part of the padding underneath but if they dont go that route then yes treat it with your favorite chemical then claw it - prespray over the area then spray enzymes etc etc. everyone does it different but theres really only 2 ways for proper removal of urine which is why we blacklight the room first, mark the spots so we know where the urine is. If you went in blind and didnt do the correct steps then after cleaning there can still be urine smell etc.

Ive been born into the cleaning industry, I have many UK members on my cleaning forum and they ask all the time do I personally know of any good UK Suppliers - I dont know who to recommend therefore I asked here to get a general idea who the *majority* raves about as Reviews from Real Cleaners sells ya know? I also recommend they join cleanitup.co.uk as their a forum just like us in the USA/CA who are neutral between all suppliers/manufacturers.

I'm shocked, Tre :o :o
You're advising Cleanitup when you run Truckmountforum.com.

What about Truckmounters.com in the UK which was up and running before even your own site ;)

Why wouldnt I recommend Cleanitup? Mike & Doug has always been nice to me over the years, ive even met members who have traveled to the USA for the connections convention years back too who mentioned this forum. My forum in the USA isnt just truckmounts, theres section about every topic - we are the largest and most active USA forum and Cleanitup is the largest most active UK forum hands down, i mean come on 1.2 million posts and almost 25k members? Cleanitup is rockin it compared to other UK competitors.

It's just like if a uk person would be searching something in google they wouldnt go to google.com but they should visit google.co.uk as the search results are more to what their searching for, same goes for when I have UK members asking me certain questions that I cant answer I highly recommend them joining cleanitup.

As for the other forum you mentioned, I have spoken to Simon many many years ago - but I am not familiar with that forum as much as I am with cleanitup. Plus the activity is night and day.
