Sebo Vacuum issue
«
on:

I'm repeatedly damaging the mains/power lead on my Sebo Vac. I've no idea how I do it.
The power lead casing seems to be far too soft. I'm not accidentally damaging any other equipment power leads, just the Sebo.
Is it me being clumsy, or do others have this problem.

The Hozelock pressure sprayer i bought from b&q last week is a different matter though. Its broke already. In 2 places!

i have had 4 sebo's the bs36 and i find the after a while the wire inside the cable breaks and the sebos goes on and off when using, i have had to rewire every sebo i have had, great vaccuum but annoying when this happens, when i told the guys at the sebo stand at one of the shows i just got the stock answer of "WE'LL NOBODY ELSE HAD A PROBLEM"
im sure they could design the cable so this doesnt happen

No just the ordinary stuff for flymos etc. You just see it better than the grey. If you get a whole reel its really cheap.

Sebo must have listened... I went to rewire mine yesterday and found it really quick and easy, the way it used to be wired was a real pain having to put the blue and brown cable into a tiny pin hole and tighten it up, a real fiddly job,now with a joining boxes it's cut wire, pull it through and insert into box ,simple and quick especially if your in the middle of a job
